ZeroPaludisme is an online store operated by MACSCALE OPERATION SASU., a company registered in France, serving customers in West and Central Africa.
What we do
We curate products from a selected network of manufacturing and fulfilment partners and bring them to you directly, without the markup that comes from holding retail floor space. That model also helps us offer free delivery to Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.
How we work
- Free delivery to Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. Other countries pay a flat rate for their zone, shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
- Direct sourcing. We work with supply partners chosen per product rather than per order.
- A 30 day return window. If an item is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it unused and in its original condition. Contact us first and we will send you the return instructions and address.
- Help when something goes wrong. Some routes cannot provide end to end tracking. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
What we will not do
We would rather set expectations correctly than oversell. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because weather, customs and carrier backlogs are outside our control. We say so plainly on our Shipping Policy rather than burying it. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us and we will work it out case by case.
Talk to us
We are a small team and we read everything that comes in.
